I was on a 3 months femilon course advised for treatment of ovarian cyst. I did a pelvic USG after completing the course. I do not see any improvement in the reports. I have repeated this twice I.e. Total of 6 months of femilon. The report says bilateral ovarian endometriosis cyst. Both ovaries show thick walled cyst with homogeneous internal echoes measuring 44*30 mm on right and 36*30 mm on left. My periods are regular with normal first day pain. I also exercise regularly. Please let me know if this is even a problem? I have no symptoms at all and the only reason I went to a gynaec was upper stomach pain (similar to acidity) during periods.
