My father, 61 year old, underwent maxillectomy on 6th sept. He was able to urinate but he was not getting motion since surgery. From yesterday he is not able to urinate as well and is having mild pain in lower belly. So the problem is not getting motion since surgery happened and from yesterday not getting urine as well. He is on liquid diet. His daily liquid intake is more than 1.2 litre. He had augmentin, metrogyl, pcm for 3 days after surgery and diclofenac two times for three days, pantoprazole for 3 days empty stomach. Now from this friday he is having cremaffin and levocetirizine before sleep. Help!
