I am having kidney stones, Right kidney is normal in size (10.1 * 5.2 cm) shape, attenuation Mild dilatation of pelvicalyceal system and ureter due to lower ureteric calculus (844 HU) measuring approx 6.7 * 4.9 mm. This ud CT scan report says Left kidney is normal in size (10.6 *4.7) shape, attenuation. Pelvical system is not dilated. Small concretion (2-3 mm) is seen in middle calyx of left kidney. Do I have to go with surgery?

You can start tab dynapress 0.4 mg once daily and tab drotin 40 mg twice daily and plenty of fluid daily around 4-5litres. Hopefully you should pass the stone with this medicine. If it does not come out and keeps troubling you then getit removed endoscopically by a urologist.
