I had pain in my knee from last 6 months it appears and disappear automatically finally I got light swelling in my knee and filling pain in sitting and up and down my age is 32 I consult Dr. kk bjaj ortho he did x ray and said my cartilage damage and said "Haddi Ghis gyi h" is it normal? please reply? Should I consult an ayurvedic doctor is it minor? Or serious problem? Kindly suggest plz.
