I am 42 male, I tested for testosterone on 4th August 2018, it is 184 ng/DL, I ate some foods like walnuts, pumpkin seeds, pomegranate. Now it is 1 month 10 days from the previous test, now can I go for the testosterone test and expect an increase, I am very much worried my age factor, leading to infertility, pls help me.

Infertility does not depends upon testosterone levels completely. Its just a factor. Take herbal supplement. To be sexually fit completely. For further information consult me privately.
