Hello doctors actually I am suffering form kidney stone of 6.3 mm in right side doctor even my digestion is not good it has a gastric problem Please suggest some diet plan what to eat at what time what thing should be healthy for me sir even I started doing workout sir because I am not fit because of kidney stone I lasted10 kg I was 65 and now I am of 55 please doctors help me please suggest me something and medicine too for this.
