I am 19 years old. 5 months ago I was totally normal but after that lack of sport and exercise I gained belly fat very much which creates many problems please give some advice to get back my fitness Now I have no time for playing sports because I am not at home due to my studies. Thank you.

Greetings physical activity is a must to keep our body fit. If you are not able to play you must get involved in activities like walking, yoga,certain exercises to keep your body fit. Along with exercise add healthy foods in your diet like more of fresh fruits ,vegetables, whole grains and follow a small frequent meal pattern.
