Its not easy to quit if you are a daily smoker..
Firstly dont stop it suddenly..decrease the severity..
Like make it alternate day if you smoke daily..then decrease the number of cigarettes you take .. day by day keep on decreasing..
Then make it every 3 days and again decrease the number..then weekly..monthly and stop it..
when ever you feel like smoking..keep chewing gum with you..
do breathing exercises and mediction..
