Almonds,tulsi leaves early morning,more of fibers,green leafy vegetables,citrus fruits,egg white,lemon juice without sugar ,honey mixed in lukewarm water before going to bed,avoid sugar,sweets,refined,processed,dairy foods,avoid oily,saturated fats,junk food.. ,dont skip breakfast ,manage your cravings,avoid carbonated drinks,
drink more water
With that follow exercise routine..as its must..
