Dear mam I can imagine it must be quite difficult for you to cope. The symptoms that you are experiencing are suggestive of depression and needs to be treated. Please see a psychiatrist for a detailed evaluation which will include a physical examination and some blood tests to rule out any physical cause like thyroid abnormality or vitamin deficiency which can result in such presentation. A psychiatrist will also do a detailed psychological evaluation to come to a diagnosis and treatment. Treatment usually consists of medications as well as psychological therapy.
