Eat green leafy vegetabels,citrus fruits,dry fruits,more of apricots,almonds,pista,dates,prunes,..have milk twice daily with almond powder,eat paneer,tofu,cheese,butter,avoid junks,avoid smoking and tea coffee,drink more water,eat in small portions for 5 times daily,eat more of protiens,chicken,meat,lentils,millets,boiled eggs,kale,sprouts,beans,legumes,potatos Avoid large meal at a time Avoid drinking water just before and after meals Do push up,dips,pull ups Go for some protien supplements and vitamin supplements under doctors guidance..
