I am taking Istamet 50/500 twice daily for type 2 diabetes. Now my HbA1c is 5.9.Can I reduce the dose to once daily?

Hello, Thanks for the query. HbA1c% 5.9 is good. But equally important is to know fasting & Pp glucose levels, plus diet pattern and extent of daily exercise. Since you have very good control, there is no reason to reduce the dosage. Thanks.
