Since few days I started having loose watery stool then after some time the loose watery stool was accompanied by mucus then after 1-2 days only mucus and red substance started coming out .and later on I started having frequent urge to poop but when I went to toilet only pus and blood comes in my stool. But still I feel my bowel is not empty I just get urge to poop but I can not. I have to go to toilet every 30-40 minute .many times a day. Please help.

U are having infection of severe kind U should immediately start treatment as it can lead to dehydration In the meanwhile take light meals Take plenty of liquids Take curd, chaach etc. For homeo treatment I need more details so call back.
