Yes its possible to reduce weight by controlled diet. After pregnancy weight increases because there is a tendency to eat excessive sugars, fried foods etc. You have to simplify your diet. Take a 1600 calories diet per day. Eat simple meals. Take 2-3 fruits daily before meals. Take 3 bowls of salads every day.
