Dear Doctor. I'm 29 years old and I had never intercourse with my wife while wearing condom. I afraid to wear condom bcoz I think it will be harmful for my wife, so I'm avoiding condom. Please tell me is wearing condom harmful in anyways? While having sex I'm trying to shoot sperm outside of vagina, But that not gives me pleasure so if I wear condom is it good or not?

Condom is never harmhul to your wife because it is prepared from good material. You can get Lubrecated condom. You can use Oral pills for your wife, but one have to take without break.
