A recent ultrasonic scan report said I have 15,5,4 mm stone in right kidney also a 4 mm stone in left kidney. Can I remove stones without operation.

15 mm stone is unlikely to come out on its own. Best is to do RIRS in both kidneys by a urologist. It does not involve any incision or stitch.
