I am 23 years old. I take weed (ganja) from last 4 5 years so much means 24 hours but in last year 2017 to 18 in Chandigarh I also take weed (charas and alcohol) mix together 6-7 joints per day kabhi kabhi bich me kam zayda ho jaati tha and but in April 2018 I take alcohol and ganja continuously for 1 month and one say I take alcohol and weed kuch zayda pi liya tha and hangover ho gya raha bahut then I vomit. Everything OK. Then after two days I sit in the bed then ek dum se Bethe Bethe syco sa ho gya aisa laga ekdum se sar bhari thoda sa or feeling khata ho gaye now BT ub3 months ho gye ha I take exercise daily in1 hour take medicine from anxiety and depression BT uska asar ni ho raha .sar ka bhari pan kam ha pehle se jub sochta hu tab zayda ho jaati ha .and I take exercise morning for 1 hour and also take medicine of anxiety and depression. From pgi Chandigarh .BT I don, t know ekdum se achanak se ye sub kese ho gya mere sath .sar ke bhari pan me farak ha thoda but problem ye ha UB ki feelings nahi rahi ha body me and my brain is not working properly .subha uthata hu 1 hour yog krta hu fr breakfast kiya and uska baad man kiya TV dekha nahi to so jaati hu4 5 hours tab tak sham ho jaati ha fr raat me TV dekha dinner kiya so gya .shuru me pain sar me zayda hota tha UB kam ha pehle se thoda thoda bhari pan ka ehsaas. Hota habit feeling or concentration ki problem ha brain not work properly and unhappiness also. Last 3 months se mujhe ye problem suru hui ha .sir what was that problem mood swing bhi bahut ha. Please suggest me. Can I recover from this weakness.
