Hi, Sometimes I get the problem of constipation when I won't take a proper diet and this leads to anal pain n defecation followed by bleeding. When I start taking lots of fiber in diet it used to subside. But now I got the same problem taking plenty of water and fiber rich diet bleeding has subsided but pain at anal region is not subsided will any one kindly suggest me a better treatment.
