I am not able to hear clearly these days. I have been suffering from anxiety since couple of months. Whenever somebody talks something to me in disturbances, I cannot hear the words clearly though I attempt to guess it what it is and sadly, I fail. Kindly help me how can I regain my hearing ability and strengthen it. Thanks in anticipation.

Dear Sir I am sorry you are going through so much. If you have hearing problem, the first step is to see a ent doctor and ensure that there is no ear related issue that is leading to difficultly in hearing. The treatment for anxiety needs a detailed evaluation to come to a diagnosis and understand the underlying reason for anxiety. Treatment is usually a combination of medication and psychological therapy along with relaxation techniques. Please see a psychiatrist in person. Thanks.
