I'm a boy of 29 years old with face and body full of pimples. Not only in face pimples on. Oily skin is another problem. I'm facing this problem from my age of 25. Now it is a big problem since my job need to expose in sunlight because civil engineer. Now pimple increases and I need your advice regarding treatment and food habits to remove pimples. Eat more of geen leafy veg,avoid smoking And junk foods,drink more water,apply cinnamon powder with honey on face..wash after 30min,apply mixture of orange peel,tulsi leaves and rose water ..rinse after 30 min,for avoiding excessive oiliness apply lemon juice on face in night for 15 min and wash,use a good astringent..dont rub just dab on face,apply ice cubes in face ,wash face with gramflour and curd mixture,avoid eating groundnuts,oily foods,apply sunblock with spf 70 ,20 min prior to exposing in sunlight and reapply hourly..
