I have problem of getting red spots on my skin after workout and I feel irritation.

Hi Lybrate User Avoid oily spicy fried salty food stuffs and cold drinks etc. Take plenty of fresh Awala juice after taking breakfast with lukewarm water regularly. If you unable to get fresh Awala juice than use half TSF Avala powder with half Tea spoon Mishari. Tc Thanks Regards.
