I had lot of blood in sperm followed with urine full of blood ,ejaculation was painful and happened 3 times in last 2 months .sonography report normal ,urine analysis normal ,blood creatinine report normal ,urologist checked prostate and found it ok ,urine had no bacteria and doctor said it is hematospermia. Now pls advice what medicine should I take for treatment as I again saw blood In sperm yesterday and also it was along with painful ejaculation. Is it a STD due to unsafe sex ,pls advice medicine to resolve this problem. I have no fever ,no pain and no scars in my private area physically but still blood with semen followed by blood in urine after sex only and then normal and irritation while ejaculating. Pls suggest medicine.
