My height is about 5'8 and weighs 73 KG (20 month's back 62 KG) - My concern is, I might be overweight as I can see certain increases on my belly recently. My profession requires me to sit in front of the computer for at least 8 hours a day. I want to create an environment around me which can help me physically fit and mentally peaceful by relieving from my stressful IT job. Is there a home remedy for this? I would really appreciate for your thoughtful and helpful advice on this! Thank you.

Use always stairs. Just near not keep water bottle always walk for drink water, dont use codeless phone at you home, have low kcal, low fat diet.
