Please seek professional help if you are not able to quit by yourself. You will benefit for counseling which is aimed at helping you quit. Some people benefit from nicotine replacement which is available with pharmacy. Try to keep a diary and more down the number of cigarettes to smoke everyday. Set a quit date. Keep yourself busy.
