Hello lybrate-user. One thing you should know that a body has biological clock similar to geographical clock. Our lifestyle and daily routine is adjusted in our body as per the circadian rhythms and our decisions. Therefore, sleep gets disturbed or there will be lack of sleep or improper sleep because our body was adjusted accordingly. Now the change in your schedule with sleep patterns take 1 or 2 days to few days depending on person to person. I would recommend you: 1) whatever the schedule you are in, be prepared mentally for it and follow the schedule strictly. 2) Avoid television and mobiles etc when its time to sleep. 3) Drink milk before going to bed. 4) eat minimum 2 to 4 almonds and walnuts. 5) Most important is physical exercise of any kind. I hope you get proper and recommended sleep for a healthy life.
