One testicle is good enough for normal life but problem with absent left testis is that it can develop cancer if left at same place. So you need to keep it in the scrotum or better remove it if it's not normal.

This condition presents in some male, it name that undescendent testis in this condition testes fail to place in scrotum. You do USG for lower abdomen to check the position of testicles, then consult me privately through Lybrate with reports.
