M 22 wks preg with low lying n retroplacental clot in placenta. My doc prescribed duvadilan 10 mg twice daily. Is it a safe tablet? And why is it prescribed in pregnancy?

My impression is that Duvadilan does not help in such conditions. However I strongly beleive that final call must be taken by doctor who has gone into your detailed medical history, who has examined you and has seen all reports.
