Hello Doctor, Two years back I used to be overweight, I used to weigh around 75 kgs. I developed a practice of drinking hot water early in the morning. I used to drink excess amount of water that helped me to clear my stomach. Then I used to go for a morning jogging for 5 kms. It helped me to loose around 15 kgs. These days i'm feeling little bit pain in my leg patella. I'm felling like I have no strong support from my patella. Even i'm feeling this practice worsened the condition of my legs. Is this practice really impacting my legs. I prefer to go for jogging over gym. Do you suggest me going to gym instead of regular jogging. Please advise. Thanks. Regards, Naveen.
