I have lost 10 kg Weight during last 8 months. Age 37 years. My current weight is 48 kg. Endoscopy was done. Report is- erythematous gastritis of stomach. I am not taking tea/milk/paneer/ghee/meat/sweets etc. As all these cause acidity to me. I have no fever/no cough. But I feel extreme fatigue/weakness/muscle pain. I want to know the following: 1. Doctor give me vitamin d3 60000 IU (5 ml, single dose) taken for weekly. It seems very high dose. Can I take it two times (2.5 ml at once weekly) or it will take whole dose at once. 2. Can I take calcium/vitamin D tablet with above gastritis problem. 3. Are there any side effects of above medicine on gastritis. Thanks.
