I am having also some problem on constipation. Please can you identify sort of foods that I should keep me away from them. And how can I manage gas problem?

take green vegetable food, pulses, paneer, cheese, curd fruits etc. avod spicy and oily food, use 3-4 lt of water daily, take tab lan 30 1tab od for 15 days, it will help. welcome.
