My husband started to develop some red watery filled bumps on his neck in a patch. This is spreading now. It started wid normal rash. Its painful. I cleaned it wid savlon but no help. Pls advise if he is to be put on medication. He was on a medication of Hcqs 200 tab for warts on his face.
