I got vomiting last night. I was feeling nausea. So I have taken pantosec D SR tablet but by mistake I have taken it after dinner and I got vomiting. Today I haven't done lunch. I am on pineapple juice and water. What should I do next?

Avoid acidic food stuffs as you did today also do not remain empty stomach which will cause further acid secretion and do more harm then good opt for bland diet for few days and take light meal in the sense do not eat stomach full. For now take Ipecac 200 a dose and give me a follow up tomorrow morning.
