Sir yesterday I drank 1 bottle of beer and 1 shot of whisky and after that I went for walk with my friends and I fell down jumping like superman and there is lot of pain near my ankle at the front. I can walk but it pains a lot. Please help me to overcome this pain and tissue tear. My university classes r going on and my class is also 2 km so I used to walk but now it is impossible kindly suggest me any remedy to cure it.
