I want to ask that how can i reduce the weight of mine as I don't have any thyroid problem at all. I want to reduce up to 20 kg according to my BMI so could you please suggest me the right way to reduce my weight at present my weight is 87. But I should be only 60 according to my BMI calculation. And my height is 160cm.

Hi that's right as per your height you are overweight and there are specific actions needed for weight loss since the margin to work on is quite a lot. 1. Make your self more active - walk whenever possible/ use staircase / walk & talk 2. Eat small frequent meals 3. Limit processed foods like wafers, biscuits, cakes etc 4. Limit fat intake 5. Add 4 - 5 portions of veggies & fruits for each day 6. Drink lots of water - around 10 - 12 glasses of water/day for more detailed dietary help consult me privately.
