Do stretch exercises
Do mild walking
Eat a healthy diet
Eat potassium rich foods like bananna,apricots , green leafy vegetables
Increase omega 3 fatty acid in your diet for eg salmon ,flaxseeds,apricots
Take vit B supplement regularly
If no relief , go for a homeopathic treatment
