I have pcod and I missed my period this month as we are planning for our second baby I went to gynic for check up but she told me that I have hemorrhagic cyst as she want to conform she went me for colour sonography and the report came hemorrhagic cyct likely to be endometriosis so the doctor got confused whether it is hemorrhagic or chocolate cyst so she wrote me to do ca-125 blood test and it came out 28 which is normal but she said that it is still not sure whether it is hemorrhagic or chocolate cyst I don't know what to do I don't want operation although I got my period naturally but she said if cyst shrinks only then we have hope to be treated by medicines otherwise we have to do laparoscopy. I don't have painful period at all no cramps and ca-125 is also just 28 so still it can be endometriosis? I mean is it chocolate cyst or hemorrhagic cyst?

Ca 125 is to rule out cancer not endometriosis. The next best step shall be to get a CT scan pelvis done to check for pathology.
