Is it ok to travel a 6 hour one side distance in car (with breaks) in the 6th week of Pregnancy?

Remember three facts 1) Travelling does not cause any problem 2) Sudden problem can occur to anyone in her bed or during travelling. So only difference is if you are at home you can reach to doctor faster and if sudden problem occurs during travelling it takes time for you to reach doctor. 3) better to have breaks in journey for stretching of legs and movements of legs. So just be positive and travel.
