Kindly get scaling and polishing done and if you want you can also get bleaching done. Brush your teeth twice daily using correct brushing technique to maintain your oral hygiene.

Kindly get teeth cleaning and polishing done to remove all tartar / deposit from teeth .... if shade of teeth is concerned you can get teeth bleaching done ..

At night brush with baking soda and rinse ur mouth with lemon water,,rub a slice of lemon to ur teeth,,chew few leaves of guava,chew few leaves of basil in the morning,,use mouth wash having hydrogen peroxide,,this will help
