I am 35 years female. Unmarried. I feel my bones are not strong at all. I can not sit down with folded legs for a longer time. My knees pain a lot while folding legs. And it also makes little noise. M worried. Why is this happening? I do not understand. Please help. I take good diet.

Quadriceps exercise Hams Stretching- lie straight, take the leg up, pull the feet towards yourself, with a elastic tube ornormal belt. repeat 10 times, twice a day. Sports Taping- stretch the tape from both ends and apply on the affected area Contrast Fomentation (Hot and Cold).
