Hello doctor, I am 25 years old. I was a healthy boy 10 years ago later, I fell in mental stress and other tensions or heartbreaking habits due to my personal family issues. After this, my healthy habits turned into bad habits slowly. My health stopped growing. Now I feel weak and tired all the time and my body is not growing. I eat good food but body does not grow. My belly, back or central part of my body is getting weak day by day and sexual health also getting weak .what is problem with me? Please suggest me.

Be positive always, have at least 45 mins of walk daily, have balance diet, you can do gyming we're in you can do abs workout for core strength, do pranayams.
