Taking janumet 50/1000+2 gram metformin +2 mg glimepiride daily but sugar level is 140/206 should we change medicine ?Please advice.

lybrate-user. Upadhyay, Thanks for the query. Ideally glucose levels should be maintained as follows: FBG < 100 mg, PP 150 to 160 mg & HbA1c% <6.8. So the levels mentioned are high. One has to look at diet, exercise and then also towards medicine, whether to upgrade the treatment. Thanks.
