My bp is 124/86 now after taking telvas 40 by last 15 days before I have taken telvas 20 for 10 days on that time my bp was 140/90 and before any medicine that it was 153/106 now Dr. have said to take telvas 40 for a month is it ok or should I change the does my sugar level is 133 fasting 196 pp. By last one week ago have completely stop the sugar intake and started walk Dr. have not said for any med for sugar and said will go if needed after one month.
