I often read on many websites, eat this, eat that and the other thing too. To get all the vitamins, minerals and anything else what a human needs to be healthy. But to eat all those things and all of it the same day is simply too much. No one could ever eat that much greens, fruits, nuts and so on. So what is the reality of what and how much we really need of certain food to be healthy?

Eat whatever you like. I but have seasonal fruits. Milk. Vegetables not much spicy everthing in excess is harmful. I rest just enjoy eating what you like.
