Few days back my pet cat scratched me. There was very minute bleeding. Although my cat is vaccinated but I still got tetanus vaccine from pharmist on my arm. It has been 3 days since my arm is aching whenever I am moving it. When will the pain go away? Do I need to worry about this?

Please check if there is any redness and/or swelling at the injection site. If there isn't, apply hot fomentation to the site and take a tablet of Paractamol-500mgs, If the pain doesn't subside in 24 hours, see a Doctor.
