Dr. I am suffering from Gastritis. Last day I have Chest pain and done ECG blood test and they are normal. On same day I have severe pain above chest near left arm Sudden nerve Crushed pain and Dr. says take Aceclo para tab because reports are normal but I am having chest cramps. Stomach back left arm cramps pain continuous taking rabeprazole Domperidone pls suggest is there a heart related problem or what I am very tensed because of sudden sharp chest pains and excess fatigue is there.

It can be due to muscular spasms or oesophagitis and Apart from taking symptomatic treatment Avoid spicy food items and not to eat junk food and we also need to avoid peanuts and potatoes in our daily diet
