Hello. The darkening of the skin in the axilla and the private parts relate to many causes. Few a times it can be due to long standing infections, either fungal or bacterial, which will mild, asymptomatic, yet causing pigmentations. These can be treated effectively by some topical creams and antibiotics. Few other times the pigmentation may be due to the tanning. These can be treated with the laser treatment.
