Hello doctor, I am having stool which contains clotted blood on it along with constipation and sometimes loose motion. I am also suffering from piles .sometimes my left and right side of upper abdomen feels dullness or pain and I am also having gastric problems and heartburn .can you please help me what I should do and to which specialist I need to consult? Are these symptoms early sign of cancer? Please help me .I'm very tensed.
