Hello Dr. Patient is 72 years of age and got his FASTING blood sugar test done it is 224. And urine test +4. Taking medicine Glycomet GP 2 once a day Januvia 50 mg. Twice a day. What changes in medicines are recommended by you Dr. please suggest.
