I am a student and I am in 2nd year. Since I've been good in studies my parents developed very high expectations from me since I was a child. My parents want me to become an IAS officer but I always wanted a peaceful life and to become a violinist. I am very loyal and that is my problem because of which I've had 4 breakups too and I've gotten distracted from everything. I have a boyfriend but I'm getting too obsessed with him. It is becoming impossible for me to go on for even a single day without him. I have no friends since everyone betrayed me and now I'm too afraid to talk to people or to trust anyone. I am not active on any of the social networking sites. I left everything. My problem is that I've started talking to myself all the time and I just start crying for no reason at all. I have become too short tempered and I loose control and feel like doing horrible things to the other person when I'm angry but the important thing is I've never been this way before. Things have started taking toll on me and I always feel like am worthless and I hate myself. I keep on wishing life was different and I hate almost everything. I don't know if it's normal. please help me out.

Nothing wrong with you dear, be fresh wakeup, go out enjoy life, everything is in your hand, if wish to do any thing do else left it, you are the king of your life nothing to worry at all. For clearfication for your distraction mind, you first choose on perfect goal and ambitions in your life. What to do where to go, your whole life dependent on this. If you like person stay else left him nothing problem. Don't attached too much on one thing lot of things you need to enjoy. Do Meditation, yoga, exercise, new activity, new freinds, do activity on art, drawing, tour, songs, etc open don't thing toouch.
