I am almost 55 years old male and had been diagnosed with hypertension, epilepsy in 1980s. Have been taking medication since then. Presently I am taking valparin 200chrono 3 tabs a day, two in the morning and 1 in the night with alprax 0.5 mg.I feel normal most part of the year. But during stress and anxiety I feel uncontrolled very minor movements in my arms or at times I completely forget what I was saying or doing at that moment, then slowly but immediately I realize and normalize. Please advise. Thanks.
